Alli Mack, PA-C, MS, MPH
Alli Mack is a board-certified physician associate who has been a valued member of the American Hip Institute team since 2020. She earned her PA degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, ranked #8 in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. Alli graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she completed both a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was named to the Senior 100 Honorary list, recognizing the top 100 graduates out of a class of 10,000.

During her training, Alli worked alongside Dr. Benjamin Domb as a PA student and completed the American Hip Institute's Advanced Practice Provider Residency Program. Her passion for sports medicine and hip care began through her lifelong involvement in karate. A decorated athlete, Alli is a 12-time national gold medalist and three-time world medalist, most recently winning gold at the 2023 World Shotokan Karate Championships. She has been featured in multiple news and media outlets for her accomplishments in both athletics and academics.
Alli's research focuses on hip pathology in martial artists, including a recent publication on femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and labral tears in karate athletes. She has presented at numerous conferences for APPs and orthopedic surgeons, with a focus on ultrasound-guided joint injections. Alli treats patients from across the country and takes pride in caring for every individual with the same dedication and precision she brings to elite athletes.
